Art Website

I really like this website page. It reminds me of Mary's in our class. I like the different squares on the black background and the different paintings on the squares. The piece is very pretty and out together very nicely. It is very simple yet very modern. The navigation runs outside the boxes and some inside the boxes as well. It looks very clean and professional, probably like how the artist is. I would like to have a website that looks like this. It would be very easy to navigate and show the customers exactly what they want to see.

7up Website

This index page isnt bad. I like how the can of soda is hanging forma  tree of lemons and limes. That image works rally well and I like it and the typography isnt bad either. But I really do not like the random rabbit. That could of been left out completely. It looks like he was just accidentally photoshopped in there (which is probably the case). I also do not like the buttons. They are so f;ashy and pop way to much. It needs to be much more simple and have a better layout of a website. There is not navigation really and I feel like if it was made more into a wrapper with different divs this website could look much better.

Diesel Clothes

This website is for Diesel clothes. I have never heard of them. I feel like they are very high end but I LOVE the layout for this website. The colors are amazing together. It is so pretty, clean and sharp. I like how the images really capture the models and they are really popping out with all the different colors used in this website. The navigation is very different int this website, but that says a lot about the company. They want to be different and modern in their look. A lot of high end clothing companies seem to do this with everything.

Clothes Website

I like this home page a lot for this clothes website. When I first came upon it, I thought of the boy in my class's clothes website. It is very simple but it works. I like how the different age groups are pinned ont eh clothes line and allows you to navigate through them by that way. I also like how the little tags are sticking out of the top and that is also a way to navigate through the page. The entire thing is very simple but looks very nice and clean.

Disney World Website

The disney world website is very pretty. For this website I like how they do a huge image on the home page and allow you to scroll through the images. It is important to see what the resort is like so the images really help show off what is happening in Disney world. The navigation in the header is very easy. It is cool how you can navigate through different parks on the resort and see what each park holds and what they are known for. It is a pretty well organized website and it is very nicely done.

Dunkin' Donuts Website

Dunkin' Donuts is a fun site. The colors are very interesting but they work so well together and every time you see them together you think of DD. I really like how they marketed there product to where everyone can recognize them. The home page is very fun as well. I like how they do a huge picture of a breakfast sandwich and include images of the coffee and other pastries on the left hand side as well. The header is very clean and simple with the white background. The website works very well and I enjoy it.

Wedding Cake Website

This website works really well because the dark colors in the background really show off the beauty in the cakes. The creator did a wonderful job by choosing the put those cakes on the home page to show off the talent and beauty of each piece. It works really well together and I think it is a very nice site. I like the typography at the top. It is very dainty and It works well with the idea behind wedding cakes. There are many different things to navigate through which makes the website really thorough and deep with information. I like it a lot.

Pastry Website

this web page is very dainty and cute. I really think the pastel colors really bring out the idea behind pastries. They chose a good main image to really sow off the colors they can create adn the delicacy and tasteful creations they come up with. I like how the side div matches the box holding the pastries. The entire website ties in really well together, and that is what is very important when looking through a website.

Coca-Cola Website

The coca-cola website is very plain. I almost enjoy the pepsi website better because there is more going on but simple can be good too. I do not like the side bar that says what is going on on facebook. It looks tacky to me and it makes me think of an advertisement. I feel like this website should be more fun than what it is. It is very white and does not have much going on. The navigation is very simple and boring. But older people like coke better because it was made before pepsi and older people like simple and sometimes boring, so maybe this website works for them.

This pepsi website is very fun! It really shows off the colors of pepsi as soon as you log into the home page. I love all the different images shown on the index page. I really like how they are all different sizes and they move when you scrub your mouse over them. There is a side navigation. I like it somewhat but I am not entirely sure how I feel about it. It is very bulky feeling to me for some reason. I dont like the button effect. But over all it is a very nice website and it works very well.

Jones Soda Website

This soda website is really nice! I love the background gray color. It is very neutral and it really helps to bring out the bold colors of all the sodas. I like how in the header you see the Jones soda logo and it is lined up very well with the edge of the wrapper. The main image really shows of the vibrance of the colors in the sodas. I like ho all around the main image you can see different sodas and merchandise to buy with the soda. It is a fun website and I really enjoy it.

Vending Soda Website

I really like this website! It is very fun! I love the color scheme so much and i really like how the entire thing is laid out. The header is beautiful with all the different sodas shown and all the different colors of the sodas. I also like the vintage looking soda picture in the header as well. The vending machine photograph really is beautiful and it really shows how the company things of their product, unique, tasty, and fun. All the different navigation on the side works well also.

Bad Coffee Site

I do not like this coffee website. I feel like it would have so much more potential if the coffee cups were not made in illustrator. It is cool how they placed images inside the coffee mugs but i feel like they could have gone a different way to make it look better. The site also looks very random. I dont understand all the different divs and where the navigation is. The colors arent appealing either. They remind me of poop. With a little work this site could be amazing! and people will enjoy coming to it to learn more about coffee

Java cabana Website

I love the color scheme used in this site. The image used it also very strong! Ireally like how they used an image of the world in the background to show where the coffee comes from. After that they place an image of the coffee beans and a cup of coffee in between all of them. It immediately grabs your eye with the white pure coffee mug which symbolizes the purity of the coffee. I like the typography and i think it all works really well together.

Coffee Website

This website is very nice! I really like the color scheme going on and the different textures. It almost gives it a sunset feeling or sunrise, and everyone enjoys coffee when they first wake up and see that sunrising. I really like how the city is in the background and how the main image on the home page really shows off what the coffee is like. The type is clean and overall I think it looks pretty well.

Inner Circle website

This website has potential! I really like all the random images and how they are all different sizes. It really makes your eye look around to what all is going on. I really like the header and the colors used throughout this site. It is a little random and could be cleaned up a little bit but overall it does a pretty good job and it gets the point across to the genre it is speaking to

Boring Website

This website is rather boring. I do not like the buttons in the almost center of the page. The background image is pretty but i feel like the entire thing is to boring. It could look so much better is it had a bunch of different divs inside a wrapper instead of just being there and in the open. It has potential, but it looks like it hasnt gotten anywhere.

Davidson College

I really like this website! I love the color scheme and the images throughout it. It shows how beautiful the college is and it looks very clean and professional. It is also neat how there are almost three different sections as you scroll down throughout the site. All the divs are different colors but they all tie into each other very nicely. I think it is a good idea to show events coming up on campus and the news on campus because new people who go to the website can see all that is going on in the campus. The footer is also really cool looking and I like the different typography throughout the website. The different font sizes always help draw the viewers eyes into what is happening on the website

Drexel University

Drexel University Website is pretty nice. The layout bugs me a little. It seems a little random to me but I like how the colors all the in together. I also really like how the background on the home page shows the student life and how active the school is. It really shows a lot about the school with the pictures they choose to display on their website. This website is an example of a footer that scrolls throughout the whole page. I have realized I am not a big fan out it. To me it gets in the way and I feel like it just feels better when its at the bottom and stays at the bottom. But I do also see how the layout looks good too.

Towson Website

I really like how Towson University's website is set up. I really like how in the header it shows off the schools colors and shows the tiger stripes to resemble the mascot of the school. I like the image on the first place because it is an art piece. Also I really like the calendar that shows event scamming up very soon. That is good to see because it shows people how much goes on at the college. I also like how at the bottom, before the footer, there are pictures of a bunch of students and all their stories of their time at Towson and the different successes they have had. The colors work well together. The light green is nice for the background and i feel like the website has pretty good continuity.

ECU website

This is a pretty nice college website. It reflects the colors of the university which i feel is ver important. When people come up to the site, they should get the first idea of what the school is about. The colors have a lot to do with the school. I also like how under the header are big images of students and little sentences describing their successes. That kind of stuff is important to see when looking at a college website, because you want to be able to relate to them and see how much success there truly is.

This is a cool website! It is kind of what I want to do with my Baltimore website. I want to keep it clean with really nice picture and nice text. I love how the images pop out on the black background and how well the blue works with the background as well. The layout also changes as you go through the site. The home page has the big images of all the fish but as you view through the website you will see how the pictures dissapear and what mainly stays the same is the header and the navigation.

Black Website

This website is similar to what I want to do with my tourism site. I want it to be super clean with crisp clean pictures that work well with a black background. I want the typography to be very professional. I want to be able to draw people into my site and keep them interested to keep looking for more information. I want it to be simple but look very pretty as well. I also want it to attract men and woman.

Here is another tourist site. The home page looks really nice, but the navigation buttons are a little bit off. I don't like how they go across the page then the next line follows with two more buttons. The pictures go well with the home site, but once you click on one of the links, the next page is very messy. I don't like all the advertisements and the white background. It loses its continuity once you click on a different link. It could be laid out much better than this.

Italy tour website

This website is an example of a tourist website. It has good parts to it and bad parts. I do not like how in the navigation the big white drop down appears and it kind of gets in the way of where you want to go. I do like the home page though. The fast moving image is kind of cool looking up in the header and the Italia looks nice.It is a very cool site though. It has a lot of depth to it and I like how on the home page it includes the weather of areas in italy. The whole website has a good idea, but i think small little things could make it look better.

Healthy Kids website

This is a good website to grab a child's attention for fighting diseases and being healthy. There are images of super heroes who fight diseases and children love seeing super heroes. There are also images of other people that the kids can relate to. The colors are very warming and welcoming. The website looks very fun and there are many different picture and links to look up to relate to the topic given. the font is also very fun and easy to read. It works great for kids.

PBS website

This website works well for little kids. It has bright happy colors and big buttons the kids can relate to. Each buttons shows different characters from the different shows and the kids can click on the characters of the show they want and play games and learn different lessons for each group. There are many different options for the kids and with each button there is a little image for the child to identify what it is for. for example the coloring button has a white sheet of paper and a pencil beside it so its obvious what the child will be doing. It is set up very simple for the child and works well.

Messy Website

This website is very unorganized. When opened you have no clue where to look first. The big red image catches your attention but so many other things are overlapping it.there are os many colors instead of one color theme and so many images. It is almost like all the divs are in random places. The buttons are also very goofy looking as circles. They could work much better as a different font choice. the whole thing needs to be much more organized

This is a very cool website for kids and even for people my age. I enjoyed looking through it. It captures your attention at the beginning with the image on the home page and the music that goes along with it. Each time you scrubbed over the map, different noises came out. When you click on a certain part of the map, a loading picture comes up and while it is loading it gives you an interesting fact about the brain. This website is used to exercise different parts of your brian and whoever created it was very smart to make this because everyone needs to do things like this.

This is an interesting web page. It is very simple and something to look at if you are bored. It is put together very nicely though. all it is is a bunch of pictures of people and underneath there picture it says what they want to do before they die. It has an interesting layout though. Unlike the layouts we learned about with the different divs, all this has it the picture and you scroll side to side to see more pictures. very interesting and simple, but fun to look at if you are ever bored. Its an easy way to connect with people.

This is an extremely cool website with really cool products. I started looking at it and it took me a minute to stop because I just wanted to keep looking. the person who made this website knew what would grab a persons attention and used that. They didn't really use it in the layout of the web design but in the stuff they were selling. The layout is very simple and neutral. It works well with the expensive products that are being sold. This website almost reminds me of the sky mall magazine. I really enjoy it.

Reversa Website

This website to me screams professional and high end. When I first saw this I had a feeling it was targeted to more high end people. The color scheme and the way its laid out is very modern and that is the look these days. The women dressed in all white looks very professional and i believe this website works very well with those kind of people. It is an overly simple home page but it works to an extent

Art Website

This index page for this website is very cool. The moment I see it i want to keep looking at it. I am very intrigued with the art work done and I think that is what is most important in grabbing the audiences attention when opening the home page. The first thing you see is the art work, then you focus on the side bar with all the navigation. To me it works very well and I was interested the moment I saw it. I love seeing different types of art. It is so inspirational.

Awesome Website

This is a really cool website. The whole entire thing ties in so wonderfully. It definitely catches my attention. I love the background and the rapper is so cool. I can't imagine the time it took to do tho site. The font choice worked great for the piece and I really like the header. It really fits well into the entire piece. I love how it all ties in together and all the links look like banners floating down form the wrapper building. This website must've taken forever, but I really like it.

Rainbow web design

This is another web design that looks super flashy and doesn't work too well. The background and the font color makes the entire thing hard to read. Once I come onto this page I am entirely lost. The rainbow colors make it so difficult. I would suggest a dark wrapper with a light opacity and choosing a certain color scheme to go along with the entire thing using the every single color of the rainbow.

Flashy Website

This website is way to flashy! there is not one thing i like about it. the buttons and colors and the whole entire thing clashes so badly. If I came upon this site, my first thought would be "unprofessional" and I would even think its full of spam. I can just imagine flashing lights trying to get the audiences attention. I would click out of this website as soon as I opened it. It just need a lot of work done to it.

Red website

This website is put together very well. The color coordinate very nicely and it all flows so well. The picture used in the header even matches with the rest of the website. The font used is very professional looking and the website is very easy to follow. I would be able to look at this and understand where to look next and how to move around on this site. Some sites are put together horribly but this one is very nicely done.

This is a very clean web design. It has a very soft color that is very warming and welcoming. It works well with the product because the product is home decorations and the soft color gives the site a very homey feeling. I like the white border on the outside. I think it helps differentiate the pictures. The navigation is very clean and isn't obnoxious at all with flashy buttons. Overall its simple but it works enough. There should be something a little bit bigger explainging what the website is for.

This website is very neatly done in my opinion. I like the diagonals going on. It keeps your eyes busy to what is on the page. I also like the orange opacity in front of the image with the trumpets. It is not in your face, yet you are still able to tell what the image is. Plus the color orange helps tie in the website into one flowing piece. I really like how the words overlap. and the different font variations, but it can get difficult to read what the headline is if you are unfamiliar with the site.

This website home page is very different from what you typically see. The wrapper is very long and thing, when usually there are much wider. I really think it is cool how the colors look like they are coming from the top of the page and hitting a surface and then pouring towards you. It draws your eyes from the top of the page to the part where the colors stop. Then your eyes are drawn to everything else going on in the wrapper containing the information about this website. It looks a little messy with all the images in the body area.

This home web page is very slick looking. When I first open it my thoughts are being rich. I would definitely say it is being marketed to rich people. Which would make sense since it is a yacht website. The big open black space works pretty well I guess, but i really like the reflection of the boat on the black surface. It makes the page look super shiny, and it may sound stereotypical but rich people like "shiny" stuff. Also they used a lot of the Gold color. Gold is another color that targets rich people because if you have a lot of gold, you have a lot of money. It works fine for the people they are marketing towards, but I still feel like it isn't perfect.

This is a very interesting layout. In the navigation area are a bunch of pictures of the people marketing their product. It has a very interesting layout. The bottom is grass and the pictures hanging on wall are almost like a clothes hanger. I think the whole piece is interesting but not amazing. I don't like the big open space in the bottom area. Also the website is kind of confusing at first and it take s a little while to understand what is going on.
